摘　　要：在中医药院校构建一流中医本科教育、培养一流中医人才的背景下,在回答“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的要求下,南京中医药大学第一临床医学院从立德树人、完善教学管理体系、师资队伍建设、课程和教材建设、实践教学平台建设与临床教学改革、学风建设、完善教学质量监控体系与综合评价体系、教育教学保障等方面入手,不断深化教育教学改革,加强医教协同,提升中医学本科人才培养质量。Under the background of building first-class TCM undergraduate education and cultivating firstclass TCM talents in TCM colleges and universities,and under the request of“who to train,how to train,and for whom to train”,the First Clinical Medical College of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine has continuously deepened the reform of education and teaching,strengthen the coordination of hospital and school,and promote the quality of undergraduate talent training from the aspects of morality education,improvement of teaching management system,construction of faculty team,curriculum and teaching materials,practical teaching platform and clinical teaching reform,fostering of study style,enhancement of teaching quality monitoring system and comprehensive evaluation system,and guarantee of education and teaching.
