化疗联合吉非替尼靶向治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨用化疗联合吉非替尼靶向疗法治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法:选取2018年1月至12月期间在成都大学附属医院接受治疗的60例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象。将这些患者平均分为对照组和观察组。用培美曲塞加顺铂方案对两组患者进行化疗。在此基础上,用吉非替尼对观察组患者进行靶向治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:与对照组患者相比,观察组患者治疗的总有效率更高,P<0.05。结论:与对非小细胞肺癌患者进行单一化疗的效果相比,对其进行化疗联合吉非替尼靶向治疗的效果更为理想。Objective:To investigate the effect of chemotherapy combined with gefitinib targeted therapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were treated in The Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University from January to December 2018 were selected as study subjects.The patients were evenly divided into a control group and an observation group.Both groups were treated with pemetrexed plus cisplatin regimen.On this basis,gefitinib was used for targeted therapy in the observation group.The two groups were then compared.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate was higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chemotherapy combined with gefitinib targeted therapy is more effective than single chemotherapy in patients with NSCLC.
