加味化痰熄风通络汤治疗风痰阻络型脑梗死的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨用加味化痰熄风通络汤治疗风痰阻络型脑梗死的效果。方法:将2018年7月至2019年7月期间某医院收治的40例风痰阻络型脑梗死患者平均分为常规组和试验组。两组患者入院后,均对其进行常规治疗。在此基础上,用加味化痰熄风通络汤对试验组患者进行治疗。然后比较两组患者治疗的效果。结果:治疗后,试验组患者Barthel指数评定量表的评分高于常规组患者,P<0.05;其中医症候的总积分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)的评分均低于常规组患者,P<0.05。结论:用加味化痰熄风通络汤治疗风痰阻络型脑梗死的效果较为理想,可有效地改善该病患者的临床症状,恢复其脑神经细胞的功能,提高其生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of improving taste and resolving phlegm-quenching and feng-Tongluo decoction in the treatment of wind-phlegmblocking cerebral infarction.Methods:40 patients with wind-phlegm-blocking cerebral infarction admitted to a hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group on average.After admission,both groups received routine treatment.On this basis,the patients in the experimental group were treated with the decoction of resolving phlegm and extinguishing wind and Tongluo.The two groups were then compared.Results:After treatment,the Barthel Index rating scale score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The total score of TCM syndromes and the score of NATIONAL Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)were all lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of treating wind-phlegm-blocking collateral-type cerebral infarction by adding flavor and resolving phlegm-dampening feng-Tongluo decoction is relatively ideal,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,restore the function of brain nerve cells and improve the quality of life of patients with wind-phlegm-dampening col lateral-type cerebral infarction.
