摘 要:针对目前对可膨胀石墨在热气流中的动态膨化特性缺乏有效表征手段的现状,提出了一种基于高速阴影成像与图像定量分析的非接触式测量方法,并开展了动态膨化可视化实验。通过图像处理与数据分析验证,发现该测量方法的数据重复稳定性较高,与筛分法获得的粒径分布数据基本一致,能够有效表征可膨胀石墨在热气流中的膨胀状态。此外,采用该方法探讨了热气流温度、速度等因素变化对膨化性能的影响规律,结果表明提高气流温度或降低流速,可显著提高可膨胀石墨的膨化效率。Aimed at present situation that there is no effective characterization method for the dynamic expansion of expandable graphite in hot gas flow,a non-contact measurement method based on high-speed shadow imaging and quantitative image analysis was proposed,and the dynamic expansion visualization experiment was carried out.Through image processing and error analysis,it is found that the data has good repeatability and stability,and is basically consistent with the particle size distribution obtained by sieving method,which indicates that the method can effectively characterize the expansion state of expandable graphite in hot gas flow.Meanwhile,the effects of temperature and speed of hot gas flow on expansion characteristics were discussed through image processing and data analysis,the results show that the expansion efficiency of expandable graphite can be significantly improved by increasing the gas flow temperature or reducing the flow rate.
