摘　　要：医疗卫生体制改革给地市级公立医院的生存和发展带来了前所未有的挑战。近年来,为促进医院的建设发展,地市级公立医院纷纷通过开展对外合作工作,提升核心竞争力和服务能力。本文以南通市某公立医院为例,通过全面总结该院在合作形式、合作内容、合作举措等方面的具体做法和实际情况,并通过数据系统分析合作后该院在诊疗项目、人才队伍、科研能力、学科建设等方面取得的主要成效,指出存在的不足,并提出进一步加强该院对外合作工作的建议,同时为其他同类型地市级公立医院开展对外合作工作提供借鉴。The reform of the health care system has brought unprecedented challenges to the survival and development of public hospitals at the local and municipal levels.In recent years,in order to promote the construction and development of hospitals,public hospitals at the local and municipal levels have been carrying out external cooperation work to enhance their core competitiveness and the quality of their services.service capacity.This paper takes a public hospital in Nantong as an example by comprehensively summarizing the hospital's form,content,and initiatives of cooperation in terms of the specific practices and actual situation,and the data system to analyze the hospital after the cooperation in the diagnosis and treatment projects,human resources,research capacity,and the main results achieved in the construction of academic disciplines,pointing out the existing shortcomings,and put forward proposals to further strengthen the institute's external cooperation.It also serves as a reference for other public hospitals of the same type at the local and municipal levels to carry out external cooperation work.
