摘　　要：目的:以患者为中心,研究分析异地就医过程中的行为特征、就医体验和问题反馈,为完善相关政策提供数据参考。方法:以上海10家大型三级医院的来沪就医数据和问卷调查结果数据为研究对象,分析患者地域分布、患者类型、疾病谱、就医体验等。结果:上海异地就医患者的来源覆盖全国30个省份,以来沪工作和大病治疗的最多,但异地就医政策的社会认知度较低,异地就医的就医体验较差。建议:提升基层医疗服务能力,推进分级诊疗;统一各地政策待遇,多渠道办理,加强政策宣传;建立以大数据为基础的官方异地就医指导平台。Objective:To study and analyze the behavior characteristics,medical experience and problem feedback in the process of seeking medical treatment in different places,so as to provide data reference for improving relevant policies.Methods:Based on the data of 10 large tertiary hospitals in Shanghai and the results of questionnaire survey,the geographical distribution of patients,patient types,disease spectrum and medical experience were analyzed.Results:The source of patients seeking medical treatment in different places in Shanghai covers 30 provinces in China,and the number of patients working and treating serious diseases in Shanghai is the most,but the social awareness of the policy of off-site medical treatment is low,and the experience of seeking medical treatment in other places is poor.Suggestions:First of all,improve the ability of primary medical services,and promote hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.Secondly,we should unify the policy treatment of all localities,handle it through multiple channels,and strengthen policy publicity.Third,establish an official off-site medical guidance platform based on big data.
