抑郁症认知功能损伤及异常脑机制研究进展

摘　　要：抑郁症是临床最为常见的精神疾病,不仅存在消极的意志形态,且伴有较高的自杀风险,对患者及社会均造成了沉重的精神压力及经济负担。而认知损伤作为抑郁症患者的重要症状之一,是阻碍症状消除与康复的重要因素。因此,对抑郁症的认知缺陷及异常脑机制进行研究与探讨,对该疾病的发病机制及诊疗进展均具有重要的临床意义。在此,该文通过执行功能、注意、记忆功能以及反应速度等方面,对抑郁症患者的认知功能损伤及其异常脑机制变化进行了阐述。Depression is the most common mental illness in the clinic.Not only does it have a negative will shape,but also is associated with a high risk of suicide,causing heavy mental pressure and economic burden on patients and society.As one of the important symptoms of depression patients,cognitive impairment is an important factor that hinders the elimination of symptoms and recovery.Therefore,the research and discussion of cognitive deficits and abnormal brain mechanism of depression have important clinical significance for the pathogenesis and diagnosis and treatment progress of the disease.Here,through the executive function,attention,memory function and reaction speed,etc.,the cognitive function impairment and abnormal brain mechanism changes of patients with depression are described.
