高效毛细管电泳法同时检测饲料中四种镇静类药物

摘　　要：采用高效毛细管电泳法对饲料中苯巴比妥、艾司唑仑、地西泮、盐酸氯丙嗪四种镇静类药物进行了检测,实验优化了缓冲液种类及pH值、表面活性剂SDS的浓度、添加剂、毛细管长度、检测波长等参数。结果表明:在优化条件下,四种镇静类药在11min内可以实现分离检测,苯巴比妥、艾司唑仑、盐酸氯丙嗪的线性范围均为5~50μg/ml,地西泮的线性范围为10~50μg/ml,线性相关系数≥0.9479。苯巴比妥、艾司唑仑、盐酸氯丙嗪的检测限为2mg/kg,地西泮的检测限为5mg/kg,样品回收率为67.5%~98.2%,精密度为5.7%~12.3%。The high performance Capillary electrophoresis method was used to detect the sedative drugs in feed,including phenobarbital,estazolam,diazepam and chlorpromazine hydrochloride.The parameters such as Buffer type and pH,the concentration of Surfactant SDS,the additive,the length of capillary and the detection wavelength were optimized in the experiment.Under the optimal conditions,the results showed that the four sedative drugs could be separated and detected within 11 min.The linear range of phenobarbital,estazolam and chlorpromazine hydrochloride was 5~50μg/ml,and the linear range of Diazepam was 10~50μg/ml,The linear correlation coefficient was upper to 0.9479.The detection limits of phenobarbital,estazolam and chlorpromazine hydrochloride were 2 mg/kg,and that of Diazepam was 5 mg/kg.The sample recovery was 67.5%~98.2%,and the precision was 5.7%~12.3%.
