欠发达地区信息技术提升企业技术创新效率路径与对策

摘　　要：在信息经济时代背景下,我国经济进入新常态,欠发达地区面临产业承接与产业升级,企业创新能力是产业升级的关键因素。鉴于此,本文研究先分析了欠发达地区信息技术提升企业技术创新效率的问题,运用Eviews8.0实证分析了信息技术提升企业技术创新效率的影响因素,最后运用Deap2.1软件实证分析了信息技术提升企业技术创新效率。两种实证结果一致表明:在我国欠发达地区,信息技术没有与当地人力资本紧密结合,信息技术提升企业创新效率总体呈低效率或无效率状态,要通过加强欠发达地区信息技术基础设施建设等措施提升当地信息技术水平和传播能力,加强教育投入和培训力度来提升人力资本累积水平,并通过政策引导使得广大劳动者运用信息技术提高工作技能,积极从事技术创新活动。In the context of the information economy era,China’s economy has entered a new normal,and underdeveloped regions are facing industrial undertakings and industrial upgrading.Enterprise innovation capability is a key factor in industrial upgrading.In view of this,this paper first analyzes the problem of information technology to improve the efficiency of enterprise technology innovation in underdeveloped areas,and uses Eviews8.0 to empirically analyze the influencing factors of information technology to improve the efficiency of enterprise technology innovation.Finally,using Deap2.1 software to empirically analyze information technology.Improve the efficiency of enterprise technology innovation.The two empirical results consistently show that in China’s underdeveloped regions,information technology is not closely integrated with local human capital,and information technology to improve the efficiency of enterprise innovation is generally inefficient or inefficient.It is necessary to strengthen the construction of information technology infrastructure in underdeveloped regions.Measures to improve local information technology and communication capabilities,strengthen education investment and training to enhance the level of human capital accumulation,and through policy guidance to enable the majority of workers to use information technology to improve work skills,and actively engage in technological innovation activities.
