FOLFOX4方案联合参麦注射液对胃癌患者骨髓功能和免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨FOLFOX4方案联合参麦注射液对胃癌患者骨髓抑制和免疫功能的影响。方法:将胃癌患者90例随机分为对照组、观察组各45例。对照组采用FOLFOX4方案化疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合参麦注射液治疗。21天为1个周期。化疗期间定期检测患者血常规、肝肾功能和T细胞亚群,评价两组患者骨髓抑制、肝肾功能和免疫功能情况。结果:骨髓抑制方面,与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者均出现骨髓抑制,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组白细胞下降程度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。免疫功能方面,与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗第7天CD3^+、CD4^+和CD4^+/CD8^+较治疗前降低(P<0.05),对照组较观察组降低更显著(P<0.05),与治疗前相比,两组患者治疗第7天CD8^+较治疗前升高,对照组较观察组升高更显著(P<0.05)。肝肾功能方面,两组患者治疗前后及治疗后谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、肌酐及尿素未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:参麦注射液有助于保护胃癌化疗患者骨髓造血功能,对免疫功能恢复有促进作用。Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenmai injection combined with FOLFOX4 regimen on bone marrow suppression and immunological function in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Ninety patients were randomized into the control group and the observation group,45 cases each group.The control group adopted chemotherapy of FOLFOX4 regimen,and the observation group Shenmai injection based on the therapy the control group accepted.21 days were one cycle.To detect blood routine,liver and renal function,T lymphocytes during the period of chemotherapy regularly,to assess the conditions of bone marrow suppression,liver and renal function and immunological function between both groups.Results:The aspects of bone marrow suppression,compared with before treating,the patients manifested bone marrow suppression in both groups after treating,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).The observation group was lower than the control group in the degrees of bone marrow suppression,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).Immunological function,compared with before treating,CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in both groups reduced at the seventh day of treating(P<0.05),the decrease of the control group was more notable than that of the observation group(P<0.05),compared with before treating,CD8^+of both groups rose at the seventh day,the increase of the control group was more notable than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Liver and renal function,no obvious difference has been seen in aspartate aminotran-sferase,alanine aminotransferase,creatinine and urea in two groups before and after treating,between both groups after treating(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai injection is helpful to protect hemato-poietic function of bone marrow and promote the recovery of immunological function.
