经尿道膀胱癌切除术后膀胱灌注化疗患者IMB护理模式探讨

摘　　要：目的:观察经尿道膀胱癌切除术后膀胱灌注化疗患者信息-动机-行为模型(information-motivation-behavioral skills model,IMB)护理模式的效果。方法:将经尿道膀胱癌切除术后膀胱灌注化疗患者80例根据入院顺序经随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予IMB护理模式,对比两组患者并发症总发生率、生活质量评分、治疗依从性和满意度。结果:研究组患者并发症总发生率为17.5%(7/40),低于对照组的45.0%(18/40)(P<0.05);干预后两组患者躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质功能及生活质量总分均升高,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);护理总依从率和满意度研究组分别为92.5%(37/40)、95.0%(38/40),对照组分别为75.0%(30/40)、80.0%(32/40),研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IMB护理模式可有效提高经尿道膀胱癌切除术后膀胱灌注化疗患者的生活质量,降低并发症发生率,且患者的治疗依从性和满意度均较高。Objective:To observe the effects of IMB nursing model for the patients with intravesical chemotherapy after transurethral resection of bladder cancer.Methods:Eighty patients were randomized into the study group and the control group according to random number table method via random number table method,the control group accepted conventional care,while the study group IMB nursing model,to compare total incidence of the complications,the scores of quality of life,therapeutic compliance and satisfaction degree between both groups.Results:Total incidence of the complications of the study group was 17.5%(7/40),lower than 45.0%(18/40)of the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,somatic function,psychological function,social function,physical function and total scores of quality of life in both groups rose,the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);nursing total compliance rate and satisfaction rate of the study group were 92.5%(37/40)and 95.0%(38/40),higher than 75.0%(30/40)and 80.0%(32/40)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:IMB nursing model could effectively lift quality of life,reduce the incidence of the complications,and the patients show higher therapeutic compliance and satisfaction degree.
