摘　　要：效度是测试开发和使用的核心关注点。效度内涵在不同阶段的发展影响着效度验证研究范式的变化,同时拥有效度主张权的利益相关者群体也不断发生变化。效度的认识论经历了从分类观到整体观的更迭。本文以效度内涵演进为线索,从效度作为测试本身的属性、测试分数解释属性、测试分数解释和使用属性、测试特定分数使用属性四个不同角度梳理教育与心理测量领域及语言测试领域中效度理论的演变及效度验证模式的发展。Validity has been taken as the center of the test development and use.Validity theory and the validation practice have been evolving continually in the field of psychological and educational measurement,as well as in language testing.The stakeholders who are proposed to have the ownership of the validity argument have also been changing.This paper emphasizes on the evolution of the theory of validity and on the practice of validation in language assessment,which undergoes a movement from taking validity as the property of the test itself,and as the certain inferences from test scores,to the interpretations or use of test scores and as the property of the proposed use of test scores.
