摘  要:交通稳静化是缓解人车冲突、促进人车和谐的有效模式.在明确交通稳静化相关概念与内涵的基础上,以信阳市为例,进行中小城市居住小区交通行为调查,依据不同的道路等级提出相应的居住小区交通稳静化优化方案,并通过VISSIM软件进行微观仿真研究,以期为缓解居住小区内"人车冲突"提供可行方案,并探索居住小区交通"人车和谐"发展方向.结果表明:(1)交通稳静化的相关概念主要有庭院式道路、生活性街道、家园地带、共享街道等,信阳市居住小区早、晚高峰期的交通量总体差别不大且构成比例接近,但机动车交通量波动较大;(2)实施"居住小区级+居住组团级"的等级优化措施切实可行,居住小区的交通稳静化方案在保障行人安全、提升行车效率、维护交通秩序等方面效果显著,且对于非机动车的不利影响较小;(3)交通稳静化优化对于改善住区交通秩序、提升住区居住品质有着重要作用,且中小城市居住小区人车混行交通稳静化模式的相关研究有待进一步深化.Traffic calming is an effective mode to alleviate the“human vehicle conflict”and“human vehicle harmony”.On the basis of clarifying the relevant concepts and connotations of traffic calming,this research takes Xinyang City as an example,to investigate the traffic behavior of residential quarters in small and medium-sized cities.According to different road grades,the corresponding optimization scheme of traffic calming in residential areas was proposed,and micro simulation research was carried out through VISSIM software in order to provide a feasible solution to alleviate the“human vehicle conflict”in residential areas,and explore the development direction of“human vehicle harmony”in traffic in residential areas.The result shows that:(1)Related concepts of traffic calming mainly include woonerf,living street,home zone,shared street,etc.The traffic volume in the early and late peak period of Xinyang residential district is generally similar,but the vehicle traffic volume fluctuates greatly;(2)The implementation of“residential quarters level+residential group level”ranks optimization measures is feasible.The traffic calming scheme of residential community has significant effect in ensuring pedestrian safety,improving driving efficiency,maintaining traffic order and other aspects,and has little adverse impact on non-motor vehicles;(3)The optimization of traffic calming plays an important role in improving the traffic order and the living quality of residential areas,and the research on the traffic stabilization mode of mixed pedestrian and vehicle traffic in residential areas of small and medium-sized cities needs to be further deepened.
