摘 要:重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)具有自身独特的临床特点和较高的临床伦理要求。结合ICU的临床特点和伦理要求,聚焦医学研究生在临床实习阶段临床伦理教育现状,发现存在教育教学医院对医学研究生临床伦理教育的重视程度不够、临床带教教师医学伦理学知识和能力参差不齐、缺乏完善的医学伦理学教育效果评价体系、医学研究生学习和运用医学伦理学知识的主观能动性欠缺及其整体临床伦理素质与临床要求差距大等问题。最后,基于医学研究生临床伦理教育的现状,在科室、带教教师、教学目标、方式、方法和评价体系等层面探讨在ICU临床实习中加强医学研究生的临床伦理素质培养的途径。Intensive care unit(ICU)has its own unique clinical characteristics and high clinical ethics requirements.Combined with the clinical characteristics and ethical requirements of ICU,it could be found the stage that there were obvious gaps between the clinical ethics qualities of medical postgraduates and the clinical ethics requires of ICU department,such as education and teaching hospitals did not pay enough attention to clinical ethics education for medical postgraduates,the knowledge and ability of medical ethics among different clinical teachers was uneven,lack of a complete evaluation system for the effect of medical ethics education,insufficient initiative of medical graduate students to study and apply the knowledge of medical ethics,and so on.In the end,based on the present situation of clinical ethics education of medical postgraduates,some measures to strengthen the cultivation of clinical ethics qualities of medical postgraduates were raised from the aspects of departments,teachers,teaching objectives,methods,methods and evaluation system during the clinical practice in ICU.
