口腔四手操作对口腔医学生感控观念的影响

摘　　要：医院感染管理是医院医疗质量管理中的重要内容,医院感染控制水平高低是衡量一个医院整体综合水平的重要标志之一。由于专业设置的要求,口腔医学学生的培养注重临床实践操作技能,学生有较多的临床的见、实习课程,而学生的院感防控能力却常常被忽略。如果学生尚未掌握相关的院感知识及防护技能即进入临床,对医院、对个人都势必成为安全隐患。针对这个问题,我们在牙周病学教学中对160名学生分组,引入了口腔医护四手操作培训,提高了学生对医院感染重要性的认识,掌握了基本的医院感染知识。Hospital infection management is an important part of hospital medical quality management.The level of hospital infection control is one of the important indicators to measure the overall level of a hospital.Due to the requirements of the professional setting,the clinical practice and operation skills of students in stomatology are the top priority.Students have more clinical insights and intern-ship courses,but their ability to prevent and control the infection of hospital is often ignored.If students do not have the relevant knowledge of hospital infection and protective skills to enter the clinic,it is bound to become a hidden safety hazard for the hospital and the individual.In response to this problem,we grouped 160 students in the teaching of periodontology and introduced four-hand training in dental care to improve students’awareness of the importance of nosocomial infection and master the basic nosocomial infection knowledge.
