摘　　要：2020年,全国上下万众一心,共克时艰。论文在情境规划法视角下探索企业复工复产面临严重的用工荒问题的解决之道,以杭州职业技术学院实践为例证研究,进一步完善顶岗实习顶层设计,企业、学校、学生三方协同共进,通过构建“一码、两图、一账、两申请和三明确”的实习启动机制,实施“双案、双培、点对点和一报告”的网格管理模式,开展“线上线下”双平台复工模式,助力企业复产,有效破解难题。In 2020,everyone in China is united to overcome the current difficulties.The paper explores the solution to the serious labor shortage problem faced by enterprises in work resumption from the perspective of the scenario planning method.Taking the practice of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example research,this paper makes a study.This paper further improves the top-level design of post practice,and proposes that enterprises,schools and students should work together.By constructing the practice start-up mechanism of"one code,two pictures,one account,two applications and three clarifications",the grid management mode of"double cases,double training,point-to-point and one report"is implemented,and the"online and offline"dual platform resumption mode is carried out to help enterprises resume work and effectively solve difficult problems.
