摘　　要：随着我国经济的不断发展,我国债券市场的违约问题也开始逐步引起了相关企业以及政府工作人员的重视。债券市场的违约问题涵盖范围较广,不单单包括中小企业的债券、大型企业的债券,还有民营企业以及外商独资企业的相关债券问题。论文从相关运行机制以及制度落实方面进行分析,对现阶段中国债券市场的违约问题进行深入的讨论研究。With the continuous development of China's economy,the default problem of China's bond market has gradually attracted the attention of relevant enterprises and government workers.The problem of default in the bond market covers a wide range of issues,including not only the bonds of small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises,but also those of private enterprises and wholly foreign-owned enterprises.This paper analyzes the relevant operation mechanism and the implementation of the system to carry out in-depth discussion and research on the default problem in China's bond market at the present stage.
