摘　　要：当今学校师生心理现状急需专业心理咨询师。创建心理工作室首先要让教师从心里接纳,开展丰富多彩的心理辅导和咨询活动,如学生系列团体辅导、教师减压团体辅导、学生团体沙盘辅导、学生个体沙盘咨询,为学生构建良好的成长环境。The current psychological status of teachers and students in schools urgently needs professional psychological counselors.To create a psychological studio,teachers must first accept it from the heart and carry out a variety of psychological counseling and counseling activities,such as student group counseling,teacher decompression group counseling,student group sand table counseling,and student individual sand table counseling to build a good growth for students surroundings.
