摘　　要：本文结合中班幼儿自信心培养的教育教学实践,总结了有效的教育策略:一是发挥幼儿“向师性”,培养其自信心;二是合理利用赏识教育,让幼儿拥有自信;三是给幼儿提供锻炼的机会,培养其自信;四是能尊重幼儿个体差异,循序渐进中增强自信;五是在家园共育中形成教育合力,培养幼儿的自信心。希望本文为教育同仁进行相关教育实践带来有益的启示。This article combines the education and teaching practice of the cultivation of self-confidence in middle-class children,and summarizes effective education strategies:first,give play to the"teacher-oriented"nature of children and cultivate their self-confidence;It is to provide opportunities for young children to exercise and cultivate their self-confidence;fourth,to respect the individual differences of young children,and to increase self-confidence step by step;The fifth is to form educational synergy in the home-kindergarten co-education to cultivate children's self-confidence.It is hoped that this article will bring useful enlightenment for education colleagues to carry out relevant educational practices.
