摘 要:可变进气歧管是一种广泛应用于乘用车自然吸气发动机的技术,与传统的进气系统相比,其全转速范围的充气效率较高,利于动力性和经济性,它利用了气体的波动效应和发动机的进气谐振,却较少应用在FSAE赛车中。本文首先提出了一种两段式的可变进气系统,其次提出了一种新型的连续式的可变进气系统,并在GT-power中进行了发动机模型的搭建,确定了歧管的稳压箱体积和歧管参数。本文对两种形式的可变进气歧管进行了对比分析,发现两段可变进气系统相较于固定式,在中高转速的扭矩和功率输出都有提升,连续式可变进气系统相较于两段式,在保持低转速扭矩的同时,提升了高转速的扭矩。Variable intake manifold is a technology widely used in naturally aspirated engines of passenger cars.Compared with traditional intake systems,its charging efficiency in the full speed range is higher,which is conducive to power and economy.It takes advantage of the gas wave effect and the engine's intake resonance,but it is rarely used in FSAE racing cars.This article first proposed a two-stage variable intake system,and then proposed a new type of continuous variable intake system,and built the engine model in GT-power,determined the manifold,the volume of the surge tank and the parameters of the manifold.This article compares and analyses the two types of variable intake manifolds and finds that the two-stage variable intake system has improved torque and power output at medium and high speeds compared to the fixed one.Compared with the two-stage type,the high-speed torque is improved,while maintaining the low-speed torque.
