摘　　要：一套高效、全面、可靠的教务管理系统可以提高高校的工作效率和服务水平,并助力高校的信息化建设。但目前部分高校设计的教务管理系统仍存在应变突发能力弱、缺少便捷性、与实际高校业务需求不相匹配等问题。针对这些有待优化解决的问题,该文以学生端、管理员端、教师端三个模块为切入点,对高校教务管理系统的系统总体功能结构、系统功能模块、系统数据库进行了详尽的设计。该教务管理系统具有强兼容性、稳定性、安全性、可扩展性、易学易用性、准确性六大优点。A set of efficient,comprehensive,and reliable educational administration management system can improve the work effi⁃ciency and service level of colleges and universities,and help the information construction of colleges and universities.But at pres⁃ent,there are still some problems in the educational administration management system designed by some colleges and universi⁃ties,such as weak emergency response-ability,lack of convenience,and mismatch with the actual business needs of colleges and universities.Because of these problems to be solved,this paper takes the three modules of student,administrator,and teacher as the starting point,and designs the overall function structure,system function module and system database of the educational admin⁃istration management system of colleges and universities in detail.This educational administration management system has six ad⁃vantages:strong compatibility,stability,security,scalability,easy to learn and use,and accuracy.
