本科学历男护士逆境商对其职业认同的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨本科学历男护士逆境商水平及职业认同现状,分析职业认同的影响因素,为护理管理者制订合理的管理措施和提高本科学历男护士职业认同水平提供依据。方法采用一般资料调查表、逆境商评定量表、职业认同评定量表对浙江省内143名本科学历男护士进行问卷调查。结果本科学历男护士逆境商总分(133.13±14.32)分、职业认同总分(110.10±15.30)分,均处于中等水平;职业认同与逆境商及其各维度间均呈正相关关系(P<0.01或P<0.05);职务、选择护理专业是否兴趣所在、延伸与控制维度是影响本科学历男护士职业认同的主要因素。结论本科学历男护士职业认同呈现中等水平,护理管理者应着重改进对本科学历男护士的培训方案及用人策略,提高其抗挫折能力及心理素质,进而增加其职业认同感。Objective To explore the status of adversity quotient level and professional identity of undergraduate male nurses,and analyze the influencing factors to provide basis for nursing managers to formulate reasonable management measures and improve the professional identity of undergraduate male nurses.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on 143 undergraduate male nurses by general information questionnaire,adversity response profile and professional identity scale.Results The undergraduate male nurses showed a moderate level of adversity quotient(133.13±14.32)and professional identity(110.10±15.30),and there was a positive correlation between occupational identity and adversity quotient and their dimensions(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Position,whether the interest,extension and control dimensions were the main factors affecting the professional identity of male nurses in undergraduate degree.Conclusion The professional identity of undergraduate male nurses is moderate.Nursing managers should pay attention to improving the training and employment strategies of undergraduate male nurses,improve their adversity quotient ability and psychological quality,and then increase their professional identity.
