摘　　要：目的探讨基于和谐护理理论的护理模式对胃癌根治术后患者睡眠和生活质量的影响。方法采用随机数字表法将162例行胃癌根治术的患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各81例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施基于和谐护理理论的护理。比较两组患者干预前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、胃癌患者生活质量问卷(QLQ-ST022)评分。结果干预后,观察组PSQI量表各维度的评分均低于本组干预前,且均低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。干预后,两组患者QLQ-ST022中的各维度评分均低于本组干预前,且观察组QLQ-ST022中的吞咽困难、胃部疼痛、呃逆、饮食受限、焦虑、口干维度评分均低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论基于和谐护理理论的护理模式能够改善行胃癌根治术患者的睡眠和生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of nursing mode based on harmony nursing theory on sleep and quality of life of patients receiving radical radical gastric cancer surgery.Method A total of 162 gastric cancer patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery were selected and assigned into 2 groups using a random number table with 81 cases in either group,the control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was given nursing intervention based on harmony nursing theory.Scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),quality of life questionnaire-stomach 22(QLQ-ST022)were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Result After the intervention,the scores in all dimensions of the PSQI scale in the observation group were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of all dimensions of the PSQI scale in the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the scores of any dimension in QLQ-ST022 of the two groups of patients were lower than those before the intervention,and the scores of dysphagia,stomach pain,hiccups,dietary restriction,anxiety and dry mouth in the QLQ-ST022 in the observation group were all lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing mode based on harmony nursing theory can improve sleep and quality of life in patients undergoing radical gastric cancer surgery.
