摘　　要：目的探究外科医师手术能力的评价方法。方法根据文献分析法、专家咨询法确定骨科医师手术能力评价指标,通过相对值法确定不同分级手术的难度分值。依据以资源为基础的相对价值理论确定手术时间和术后住院日校正系数。结果四级手术的主要难度分值分别为100分、187分、267分和344分,手术医师术中主刀、一助、二助、三助和四助的权重分别为1.0、0.7、0.4、0.3和0.2。住院医师、主治医师、副主任医师和主任医师的手术能力得分分别为1 070.03分、1 153.10分、1 601.61分和1 842.56分。结论构建的骨科医师手术能力评定方法具有可操作性,为研制其他医师手术能力的评价提供参考。Objective To explore the method of evaluating surgeon’s operation ability.Methods The evaluation indices were determined through the method of expert consultation and documentary analysis.The difficulty scores of different operation grades were estimated by adapting the method the relative value of operation cost.The resourcebased relative value method(RBRVS)was adopted to correct the indices.Results Operative difficulty scores of orthopaedics in different grades were 100,187,267 and 344 respectively by the quantification of surgical costs.The weights of chief surgeon and four types of surgical assistant were 1.0,0.7,0.4,0.3 and 0.2,respectively.The average operating ability scores of residents,attending physicians,associate chief physicians and chief physicians were 1070.03,1153.10,1601.61 and 1842.56 respectively.Conclusion The evaluation method of surgeon’s operation ability constructed in this study is operable,which can provide reference for surgeon’s operation ability evaluation.
