摘　　要：卵巢平滑肌瘤是临床极为罕见的良性肿瘤,本病发病率低,尤其在老年女性,由于发生部位罕见,易误诊,术前诊断较困难。MRI检查能清晰显示肿瘤信号特点,且对肿瘤鉴别诊断有重要的价值。本文根据1例老年女性卵巢平滑肌瘤伴透明变性的临床资料、MRI表现、术中所见、术后病理检查、免疫组化及预后,分析其临床表现及影像学表现,旨在提高对该病的诊断能力。Ovarian leiomyoma is an extremely rare benign tumor in clinic,and the incidence is low.Especially in elderly women,because of the rare location,it is easy to misdiagnose,and preoperative diagnosis is more difficult.MRI examination can clearly show the characteristics of tumor signal and has important value for differential diagnosis of tumor.According to the clinical data,MRI manifestations,intraoperative findings,postoperative pathological examination,immunohistochemistry and prognosis of an elderly woman of ovarian leiomyoma with hyaline degeneration,the clinical and imaging manifestations were analyzed to improve the diagnostic ability of the disease.
