摘 要:教育部自2016年实施统筹全日制和非全日制研究生管理改革以来,浙江大学率先成立工程师学院,发挥工程专业学位研究生教育改革"试验田"作用,探索工程类非全日制非定向专业学位研究生培养管理新模式。经过3年实践,工程师学院形成了以"校企协同、产教融合、复合交叉"为特点的统合培养模式,构建了以"两院一企、三师一员、三证合一"为特色的协同思政模式,建立了以"身份平等、待遇均等、政策同等"为特征的趋同管理模式,培养与全日制研究生"同一标准,同等质量"的工程领域"双非生"。Since the integrated management of the Ministry of Education for full-time and part-time postgraduates in 2016,Zhejiang University has taken the lead in establishing the Engineer Colleges,a pilot college on reforming the postgraduate education for professional degree of engineering disciplines,to explore its new mode of cultivation and management for part-time and non-direction postgraduates.Through three-year practice,an integrated training model featuring on"school-enterprise cooperation,industry-education integration,and crossing disciplines"has been formed,and an ideological and political educational model characterized by"two schools-one enterprise,three teachers-one counsellor,and three certificates in one"has been established.The management model with the characteristics on"the same status position,same preferential treatments and same policies"has been established to train part-time and non-direction postgraduates in the engineering disciplines based on the same standard and quality with the full-time postgraduates.
