摘 要:应用型本科院校产教融合的实质是产业和教育形成一体化互动关系,是校企合作的高级阶段。产教融合是应用型本科院校的服务指向、资源取向及发展导向,为促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接,应实现专业结构与产业结构、专业标准与职业要求、教学资源与产业资源、校园文化与企业文化、教育机制与市场机制的深度融合。常州工学院从构建产教融合创新机制、完善校企互动专业建设机制、校企"双主体"协同育人机制及构建产教融合新型校企合作机制四方面进行了应用型本科院校产教融合实践。From the perspective of the application-oriented institutes,this paper points out that the industry-education integration,as a kind of interactive relations between industry and education,is the highest level of the cooperation between colleges and enterprises.In addition,that integration directs the service,source and development of application-oriented institutes.To have a resilient link between the chain of education and talent and the chain of industry and innovation,application-oriented institutes should implement a deeper integration between major and industrial structures,professional standards and vocational requirements,teaching and industrial resources,campus and corporate culture,education system and market mechanism.This paper shows the practice of application-oriented institutes,the story of Changzhou Institute of Technology as the case,from four aspects,including constructing an innovative integration system for industry and teaching,improving major-constructing system for better interaction between campus and enterprises,conducting the role of colleges and enterprises played in training talents and establishing a new type of cooperation mechanism between colleges and enterprises.
