复方盐酸阿替卡因在患者口腔种植手术中的麻醉效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨复方盐酸阿替卡因在患者口腔种植手术中的麻醉效果及安全性。方法方便选取2017年9月—2019年9月间在该院接受口腔种植手术的患者90例,按照随机分组的要求分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组选用盐酸利多卡因作为麻醉药物,观察组选用复方盐酸阿替卡因作为麻醉药物。对比两组患者的麻醉效果、血压、心率变化以及药物不良反应。结果观察组的麻醉总有效率100.00%,对照组麻醉总有效率88.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.294,P<0.05);观察组术中VAS评分(1.51±0.36)分,对照组术中VAS评分(3.05±1.16)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.506,P<0.05)。观察组麻醉生效时间(3.40±0.75)min,对照组麻醉生效时间(5.42±1.22)min,差异有统计学意义(t=9.462,P<0.05)。两组患者在麻醉前其血压、心率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);在术中、术后的对比中,观察组血压、心率水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的药物不良反应对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方盐酸阿替卡因在口腔种植手术中作为麻醉药物使用效果较为理想,同时安全性较高。Objective To investigate the anesthesia effect and safety of compound articaine hydrochloride in patients with oral implant surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent oral implant surgery in the hospital between September2017 and September 2019 were convenient selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to random grouping requirements,with 45 cases in each group.The control group used lidocaine hydrochloride as anesthetic,and the observation group used compound articaine hydrochloride as anesthetic.The anesthesia effect,blood pressure,heart rate changes and adverse drug reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group was 100.00%,and the total effective rate of anesthesia in the control group was 88.89%.The difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.294,P<0.05);the intraoperative VAS score of the observation group was(1.51±0.36)points,and the control group of the intraoperative VAS score(3.05±1.16)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=8.506,P<0.05).The effective time of anesthesia in the observation group was(3.40±0.75)min,and the effective time of anesthesia in the control group was(5.42±1.22)min.The difference was statistically significant(t=9.462,P<0.05).The blood pressure and heart rate of the two groups of patients before anesthesia were not statistically significant(P>0.05);in the intraoperative and postoperative comparison,the blood pressure and heart rate levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse drug reactions of the two groups of patients were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The compound articaine hydrochloride has an ideal effect as an anesthetic in oral implant surgery,and at the same time.
