多层螺旋CT在早期肺癌筛查中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的研究多层螺旋CT应用在早期肺癌筛查中的临床效果和价值。方法样本研究选取时间自2016年6月—2018年9月,研究对象为在医院接受早期肺癌筛查的64例患者。根据研究方法,所有患者都采用多层螺旋CT和病理检查,按照研究计划进行然后比较两种方式的检查结果,评价多层螺旋CT应用在早期肺癌筛查方面的临床价值。结果病理检查结果中59例确诊,3例良性病变;多层螺旋CT筛查结果中58例确诊,1例良性病变。以病理检查结果为标准,多层螺旋CT筛查的检出率是95.16%。结论在早期肺癌筛查中应用多层螺旋CT,准确率较高,有利于尽早诊断和治疗。Objective To study the clinical effect and value of MSCT in early lung cancer screening.Methods From June 2016 to September 2018,64 patients who received early lung cancer screening in our hospital were selected for this sample study.All patients were examined by MSCT and pathology.The results of the two methods were compared to evaluate the clinical value of MSCT in early lung cancer screening.Results 59 cases were confirmed by pathological examination,3 cases were benign;58 cases were confirmed by MSCT,1 case was benign.According to the results of pathological examination,the detection rate of MSCT was 95.16%.Conclusion The application of MSCT in early lung cancer screening has a high accuracy rate,which is conducive to the early diagnosis and treatment.
