注射用紫杉醇脂质体联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察注射用紫杉醇脂质体联合替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月—2019年1月在医院肿瘤内科接受化疗的晚期胃癌(Advanced gastric cancer,AGC)患者80例,按照单双号原则分为注射用紫杉醇脂质体联合替吉奥治疗组(L-T组)和多西他赛联合替吉奥治疗组(D-T组),每组40例,均给予2个周期治疗后对疗效和毒副反应进行观察分析。结果治疗2个周期后,L-T组临床有效率、疾病控制率略高于D-T组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);L-T组化疗胃肠反应和外周神经毒性显著低于D-T组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论注射用紫杉醇脂质体联合替吉奥治疗AGC疗效较好,且毒副反应更少,具有更好的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of paclitaxel liposome for injcetion combined with tegiol in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods Eighty patients with advanced gastric cancer(AGC)who received chemotherapy in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to the principle of single or double sign:the treatment group of paclitaxel liposome for injcetion combined with tegio(L-T group)and the treatment group of Docetaxel combined with tegio(D-T group).Forty patients in each group were given two cycles of treatment.The efficacy and toxicity were observed and analyzed.Results After two cycles of treatment,the clinical effective rate and disease control rate of L-T group were slightly higher than those of D-T group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05);the gastrointestinal reaction and peripheral neurotoxicity in L-T group were significantly lower than those in D-T group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion paclitaxel liposome for injcetion combined with Tegio is effective in the treatment of AGC,with less toxicity and side effects.It has better clinical application value and is worth learning and popularizing.
