摘  要:本文以气调包装技术为研究对象,结合鲜切果蔬的保鲜特点,对气调包装技术在鲜切果蔬中的应用展开研究。首先对气调包装技术原理进行了简单的介绍;其次结合气调包装技术特点,探究了应用气调包装技术进行鲜切果蔬保鲜的显著优势及相关影响因素;最后,在上述研究的基础上结合资料调查及市场分析,探究了气调包装技术在鲜切果蔬中应用的相关研究。This article takes modified atmosphere packaging technology as the research object,and studies the application of modified atmosphere packaging technology in fresh-cut fruits and vegetables according to the preservation characteristics of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables.Firstly,the principle of modified atmosphere packaging technology is briefly introduced;secondly,combined with the characteristics of modified atmosphere packaging technology,the significant advantages and related influencing factors of applying modified atmosphere packaging technology for fresh-cut fruits and vegetables are explored;finally,combined on the basis of the above research Data survey and market analysis explored the related research progress of the application of modified atmosphere packaging technology in fresh-cut fruits and vegetables.
