母液回收法盐硝联产工艺蒸汽消耗分析

摘　　要：母液回收法盐硝联产工艺在国内应用已有30年,用于制盐母液或硝盐联产制硝母液回收,本文从生产实际情况分析,认为现有工艺蒸汽消耗过高,提出采用多级闪蒸工艺。It has been used for 30 years in China for the recovery of salt and nitrate from mother liquor of salt production or nitrate from mother liquor of nitrate production.Based on the analysis of actual production situation,this paper considers that the steam consumption of the existing process is too high,and proposes to adopt the multi-stage flash evaporation process.
