摘　　要：目的:探讨低位梗阻性左半结直肠癌经肛肠梗阻导管清洗减压与术中结肠灌洗效果。方法:将本院2015年1月~2019年1月收治的80例低位梗阻性左半结直肠癌患者,随机分组,术中结肠灌洗干预组给予术中结肠灌洗干预,经肛肠梗阻导管清洗减压干预组进行了经肛肠梗阻导管清洗减压干预。比较效果。结果:干预前两组炎性因子检测值以及VAS评分接近,P>0.05;干预后经肛肠梗阻导管清洗减压干预组炎性因子检测值以及VAS评分优于术中结肠灌洗干预组,P<0.05。经肛肠梗阻导管清洗减压干预组切口感染、吻合口瘘等的发生率更少,P<0.05。结论:低位梗阻性左半结直肠癌患者实施经肛肠梗阻导管清洗减压干预效果确切,可有效改善患者的病情,减少并发症,并控制炎症。Objective:To investigate the effects of transanorectal obstruction catheter cleaning and decompression and intraoperative colon lavage in patients with low obstructive left colorectal cancer.Methods:The 80 patients with low obstructive left colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were randomly divided into groups.The intraoperative colon lavage intervention group was given intraoperative colon lavage intervention,and the anorectal obstruction catheter was cleaned and reduced.The pressure intervention group underwent transanorectal obstruction catheter cleaning and decompression intervention.Compare effects.Results:Before the intervention,the inflammatory factors and VAS scores of the two groups were similar,P>0.05;After intervention,the detection value of inflammatory factors and the VAS score in the intervention group of the anorectal obstruction catheter cleaning and decompression intervention group were better than those of the intraoperative colon lavage intervention group,P<0.05.The incidence of incision infection and anastomotic leakage in the intervention group of cleaning and decompression via anorectal obstruction catheter was less,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of transanorectal obstruction catheter cleaning and decompression intervention for patients with low obstructive left colorectal cancer is effective,which can effectively improve the patient’s condition,reduce complications,and control inflammation.
