豫西地区1261对不良孕产史夫妇的细胞遗传学分析

摘　　要：目的探讨染色体异常与不孕不育、反复流产之间的关系。方法抽取不良孕产史夫妇的外周血进行培养,按常规方法制备染色体,进行G显带分析。结果1261对(2522例)不良孕产史的夫妇中有176例异常染色体核型,异常核型检出率为6.98%;其中染色体多态性88例,占异常核型的50%;易位型48例,占异常核型的27.27%;性染色体数目异常25例,占异常核型的14.2%;倒位型12例,占异常核型的6.81%;标记染色体3例,占异常核型的1.7%。结论染色体异常是导致不良孕产史以及不孕不育的重要原因之一,对高危人群要进行细胞遗传学分析;对于染色体核型正常多态性变异要引起足够重视,建议患者进一步检查为下次妊娠提供准确的指导。Objective To investigate the relationship between chromosome abnormality, infertility and recurrent abortion.Methods Peripheral blood of couples with adverse pregnancy history was extracted for culture, chromosomes were prepared according to routine methods and G-banding analysis was performed.Results Among the 1261 couples with adverse pregnancy history, 176 cases had abnormal karyotypes, and the detection rate of abnormal karyotypes was 6.98%. Among them, 88 cases had chromosome polymorphism, accounting for 50% of the abnormal karyotypes. Translocation type was found in 48 cases, accounting for 27.27% of the abnormal karyotypes. There were 25 cases with abnormal number of sex chromosome, accounting for 14.2% of the abnormal karyotypes. Inversion type was found in 12 cases, accounting for 6.81% of the abnormal karyotypes. Three marker chromosomes were found, accounting for 1.7% of the abnormal karyotypes.Conclusion Chromosome abnormality is one of the important causes of adverse pregnancy history and infertility cytogenetic analysis of high-risk groups is necessary. Sufficient attention should be paid to the variations of normal polymorphism of chromosome karyotypes and further examination recommended to provide accurate guidance for the next pregnancy.
