摘  要:教育是一项基础性公共事务,教育管理时刻都要接受伦理的审视和考察。成人高等教育管理涉及政府、行业、企事业单位、办学实体、成人高等教育工作者、成人高等教育学生等多个主体,同样应是充满伦理和德性关怀的。当前,我国成人高等教育管理在实践中还存在伦理道德缺失的现象,其对人文精神的忽视和冷落制约了成人教育育人功能的发挥,使成人高等教育偏离了良性发展的轨道。通过剖析成人高等教育管理的伦理基础、伦理困境,进而提出其伦理建构路径,以期重建成人高等教育管理伦理,促进我国成人高等教育事业稳步高效发展。Education is a basic public affair, and education management should be examined and examined by ethics all the time. The management of adult higher education involves many subjects, such as government, industry, enterprise, school running entity, adult higher education workers, adult higher education students and so on, which should also be full of ethical and moral care. However, there is a lack of ethics and morality in the management practice of adult higher education in China. The neglect of humanistic spirit restricts the function of adult education and makes adult higher education deviate from the track of benign development. By analyzing the ethical basis and ethical dilemma of adult higher education management, this paper put forward its ethical construction path, with a view to reconstructing the management ethics of adult higher education and promoting the steady and efficient development of adult higher education in China.
