摘 要:针对一种无构架式牵引直线电机中置的中速磁悬浮列车悬浮架,建立包含4个独立闭环控制系统的单悬浮架动力学模型,并利用Matlab/Simulink软件仿真悬浮架在悬浮状态、落车状态的动力学响应,以及悬浮架在包括单侧轨道、双侧轨道相同相位,双侧轨道相反相位3种轨道不平顺激励状态下的各组件的垂向扰动响应。仿真结果表明这种电机中置的悬浮架结构形式具有落车时将电机提升、悬浮时将电机放低的性能,具有在受到轨道不平顺激励时减小中置直线电机不平顺振动的作用,有利于保持直线电机与轨道之间的工作气隙,提高中速磁悬浮列车的牵引效率和悬浮架的稳定性。A chassis dynamic model of one bogie with a mid-mounted linear motor which has no frame girder was built,including four decentralized closed-loop controls.Matlab/Simulink was used to simulate the dynamic response of the bogie under levitation and stopping states as well as the vertical disturbance response of the components of the bogie under the excitation conditions of three kinds of track irregularities.The results show that the bogie structure with mid-mounted motor can lift the motor when the bogie stops,and lower the motor when the bogie is levitated.It can reduce the vibration of the mid-mounted linear motor when it is excited by the track irregularity,which is helpful to maintaining the working air gap between the linear motor and the track,and improving the traction efficiency of the maglev train and the stability of the bogie.
