摘 要:目的探究基于能级对应的人力资源管理对护理质量的影响。方法将2018年2月-2020年3月在我院任职的60名医护人员根据管理模式不同分为2组,采用常规管理的30名设为对照组,将在对照组基础上采用基于能级对应的人力资源管理的30名设为观察组,比较2组的护理质量和护理满意度。结果观察组干预后基础护理、服务质量、病房管理、护理执行规范评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于能级对应的人力资源管理能够提高护理人员的护理质量,改善患者护理满意度。Objective To investigate the effect of energy-level corresponding human resource management on nursing quality.Methods The clinical data of 60 medical staff who worked in the hospital from February 2018 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into groups according to different management models,the data of 30 medical staff with routine management model were included in control group,and the data of 30 nursing staff with energy-level corresponding human resource management based on control group were included in observation group.The nursing quality and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of basic nursing,service quality,ward management,and nursing execution norms in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Energy-level corresponding human resource management can increase nursing quality of nursing staff and improve nursing satisfaction.
