摘 要:偏转板射流是产生伺服阀工作压力的关键阶段。将接收腔作为恒压封闭容腔,对作用于接收腔的射流进行动量分析,提出一种基于射流反射假设的接收腔理论模型,解释了接收腔工作压力的形成机理,并给出了压力和压差计算的表达式。实验表明,当偏导板小范围运动时,该模型能够较好地反映2个接收腔压差的变化规律;而当力矩马达偏转角度较大,实际压力增益会有所下降,引起一定的计算误差。该模型简化了接收腔工作压力的计算,为偏导射流阀前置级液压放大器的设计提供了理论依据。The deflector jet is the key stage for generating sensitive working pressure of the jet deflector servo valve.In this paper,the receiving chamber is considered as a constant-pressure enclosed space,and momentum analysis is applied on the jet that acts on the receiving chamber.Based on the assumption of jet reflection,a theoretical model of receiving chamber is proposed to explain the mechanism of working pressure formation,and the expressions of pressure and differential pressure calculation are given as well.Experiments show that when the deflector moves in a small range,the theoretical model can accurately reflect the changing rule of the differential pressure between two receiving chambers;while when the torque motor deflection angle becomes larger,the actual pressure gain will decrease,causing certain calculation errors.However,this model simplifies the calculation of the working pressure of the receiving chamber,as well as provides a theoretical basis for the design of pre-stage hydraulic amplifier of the jet deflector servo valve.
