“全过程”模式下应用型本科院校贫困生资助工作探究

摘　　要：对“全过程”模式下应用型本科院校贫困生资助工作进行探究,分析了应用型本科院校的发展历程及现状。贫困生资助体系有待进一步完善,贫困生资助工作队伍专业能力不足,资助工作局限于物质资助,这些都是应用型本科院校贫困生资助工作存在的不足。对此,可利用“全过程”模式来开展应用型本科院校贫困生资助工作。“全过程”模式贫困生资助工作就是将贫困生的认定、物质资助、心理健康、成才计划、从扶贫到扶志和扶智等各个环节作为一个有机整体,统筹安排,使贫困生顺利完成学业,实现就业,完成从他助到自助再到助人的转变与升华。在“全过程”模式下开展应用型本科院校贫困生资助工作能够形成良好的扶贫助学氛围,创新资助管理模式,有利于促进教育公平。The research explores the subsidization of impoverished students in applied colleges and universities under“overall process”model,analyzes the development history and present situation of applied colleges and universities.Impoverished students subsidization system needs further perfection.There are disadvantages of subsidization of impoverished students in applied colleges and universities,such as the inadequate capability of professional staff team,and the limitation of material subsidization.Therefore,“overall process”model can be used.In“overall process”model of impoverished students subsidization,identification,material subsidization,psychological health,talent planning,changing from poverty alleviation to intelligence assistance can be regarded as an organic integrity to make overall arrangements,help impoverished students to finish study task smoothly,obtain employment,and achieve the transfer and sublimation from others’help to self help to helping others.Subsidization of impoverished students in applied colleges and universities under“overall process”model can form good poverty alleviation and study assistance atmosphere,innovate subsidization management model.So it is in favor of education fairness promotion.
