民办高校学困生问题与转化措施探究

摘  要:为解决民办高校学困生问题,阐述了学困生的行为表现,分析了学困生类型及产生原因,从思想、心理、行为三个角度入手,提出学困生转化的措施。应把握时机,做好预防,精准分类,有的放矢,以情感人,获得认同,心理疏导,积极关注,树立典型,因势利导,严格管理,奖惩有度,以实现学困生的成长成才。In order to solve the problems of students with learning difficulties in the private higher learning institution,the paper expounds the behavior and psychological features of students with learning difficulties,analyzes the causes.From the point views of ideology,psychology and behavior,the translation countermeasures of students with learning difficulties are proposed.It is suggested to grasp the timing,prevent well,precisely classify,definite object in view,effect one’s feeling through affection,get acknowledge,make psychological counseling,positively regard,setting up examples,make the best use of the circumstances,strictly manage,and make proper rewards and punishment,in order to achieve the growth of students with learning difficulties.
