摘 要:随着毕业生数量的不断增加以及就业竞争的加剧,提升高校经管类毕业生就业质量是当前高校亟需关注的问题。文章以个人因素、学校因素、企业因素、社会因素四个层次的17个指标为外源潜变量,以就业质量的四个指标为内源潜变量,根据对某高校经管类毕业生问卷调查得到的数据,利用因子分析法和结构方程模型分析高校经管类毕业生就业质量的影响因素和路径。研究发现:个人因素对就业质量的影响最大,说明个人努力对就业质量影响最大,所以应当努力提升个人能力;工作能力、教学质量、单位性质、地区经济水平也影响毕业生就业质量;个人因素、学校因素、企业因素、社会因素之间要相互协调统一,以此来提高高校经管类毕业生就业质量。With the increase of the number of graduates,,the employment competition is becoming more and more intense.It is an urgent problem for colleges and universities to improve the employment quality of university graduates.In this paper,17 indicators of personal factors,school factors,enterprise factors and social factors are taken as exogenous latent variables,and four indicators of employment quality are taken as endogenous latent variables.Based on the data obtained from the questionnaire survey of economic and management graduates of a university,the factor analysis method and structural equation model are used to analyze the influencing factors and path of employment quality of college graduates of economics and management.The results show that:personal factors have the greatest impact on the quality of employment;working ability,teaching quality,unit nature and regional economic level also affect the employment quality of graduates;personal factors,school factors,enterprise factors and social factors should be coordinated and unified to improve the employment quality of graduates majoring in economics and management.
