摘　　要：中共小甸集特支诞生于1923年冬,虽然存在时间不长,但其对安徽早期党组织的建立与发展具有重要影响和意义。“特支”在一个穷乡僻壤、名不经传的小镇建立,绝非偶然,寿春楚文化的繁荣与发展是其文化渊源,寿县人悠久的革命传统是其政治基础,马克思主义的传播是其思想基础,党中央及其上海大学党组织的部署是其直接动因。Xiaodianjitezhi was born in the winter of 1923.Although it did not exist for a long time,it had great influence and significance on the establishment and development of the early party organizations in Anhui.It was by no means a coincidence that the"Special Branch"was established in a small backward town.The prosperity and development of the Chu Culture of Shou County was its cultural origin;the long revolutionary tradition of the Shou County people was its political foundation;the spread of Marxism was its ideological foundation,and the direction by the CPC Central Party Committee and CPC Shanghai University branch was its direct motivation.
