摘  要:对胃泰胶囊的质量标准进行合理化、科学化改进提升研究,建立了南寒水石的显微鉴别和没食子酸、丹参、五灵脂、檀香的薄层色谱鉴别,并采用高效液相色谱法测定丹酚酸B的含量,最后采用UPLC建立胃泰胶囊的指纹图谱.10批样品在显微和薄层色谱鉴别专属性良好,含量测定丹酚酸B进样量在0.0806~4.0310μg线性良好,平均加样回收率为95.74%,RSD为0.43%,指纹图谱相似度大于0.99.To improve the quality standard of Weitai capsule rationally and scientifically,the microscopic identification of nanhanhydrite and TLC identification of gallic acid,Salvia miltiorrhiza,wulingzhi and sandalwood were established.The content of salvianolic acid B was determined by HPLC.Finally,the fingerprint of Weitai capsule was established by UPLC.10 batches of samples were identified by micro and thin layer chromatography with good specificity.The injection volume of salvianolic acid B was 0.0806~4.0310μg,with good linearity.The average recovery was 95.74%,RSD was 0.43%,and the fingerprint similarity was greater than 0.99.
