摘  要:以太原新城中心街西站-南中环街站区间为工程背景,运用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,研究隧道盾构施工中管片参数对地表沉降的影响规律,在此基础上通过正交试验进一步分析管片刚度、管片厚度、管片宽度3因素对地表沉降的变化规律和影响程度。结果表明:随着管片刚度、管片厚度的增加地表沉降逐步减小,随着管片宽度的增加地表沉降逐步增大;管片宽度对地表沉降影响最显著,管片刚度次之,管片厚度对地表沉降影响最小;本次试验得出合理管片参数为管片刚度44.5 GPa,管片厚度350 mm,管片宽度1100 mm。Relying on Taiyuan metro center street,west station-between south central street station,using numerical simulation software FLAC3D,the subway shield tunnel during the construction of the segment parameters on the influence law of ground surface settlement,on the basis of further analysis through orthogonal test segment stiffness of segment thickness segment width of 3 factors on the change rule of surface subsidence and influence the results show that the surface settlement gradually with the increase of segment stiffness of segment lining thickness decreases,and the surface settlement gradually increase with the increase of the segment width.The width of pipe segment has the most obvious influence on surface settlement,followed by the stiffness of pipe segment,and the thickness of pipe segment has the least influence on surface settlement.In this experiment,it is concluded that the reasonable pipe segment parameters are 44.5 GPa of pipe segment stiffness,350 mm of pipe segment thickness and 1100 mm of pipe segment width.
