摘 要:目的:探讨宫颈鳞癌(SCC)患者宫颈组织中垂体瘤转化基因(PTTG)、血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)、血管内皮生长因子受体-3(VEGFR-3)的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2016年2月~2018年4月我院收治的宫颈鳞癌患者176例纳入观察组,并选取同期在我院进行治疗的宫颈慢性炎症患者65例为对照组,采用免疫组化法(SP)检测两组患者宫颈组织中PTTG、VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达情况,分析其临床意义。结果:观察组患者宫颈组织中PTTG、VEGF-C、VEGFR-3阳性表达率分别为69.89%、96.59%、97.16%,均高于对照组7.69%、29.23%、30.77%,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTTG、VEGF-C、VEGFR-3在有无淋巴结转移患者中表达有显著差异(P<0.05),其中PTTG、VEGFR-3在不同浸润肌层中表达有显著差异(P<0.05);PTTG与VEGF-C、VEGFR-3呈正相关(P均<0.05);VEGF-C、VEGFR-3和PTTG表达阴性患者无复发生存时间均明显高于阳性患者,且PTTG表达阳性患者术后复发率明显高于阴性患者(P均<0.05)。结论:抑制SCC患者宫颈组织中PTTG、VEGF-C、VEGFR-3的表达,有望成为SCC临床治疗的新希望。Objective:To investigate the expression of pituitary tumor transforming gene(PTTG),vascular endothelial growth factor-C(VEGF-C)and vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-3(VEGFR-3)in cervical tissues of patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma(SCC)and their clinical significance.Methods:176 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma treated in our hospital from February 2016 to April 2018 were included in the observation group,and 65 cases of chronic cervical inflammation treated in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Immunohistochemical method(SP)was used to detect the expressions of PTTG,VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in the cervical tissues of the two groups of patients,and their clinical significance was analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of PTTG,VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in the cervical tissues of the observation group were 69.89%,96.59%and 97.16%,respectively,which were higher than that of the control group(7.69%,29.23%and 30.77%,respectively),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The expressions of PTTG,VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in patients with and without lymph node metastasis were significantly different(P<0.05),and the expressions of PTTG and VEGFR-3 in different invasive muscle layers were significantly different(P<0.05).PTTG was positively correlated with VEGF-C and VEGFR-3(All P<0.05).The recurrence free survival time of patients with negative EXPRESSION of VEGF-C,VEGFR-3 and PTTG was significantly higher than that of patients with positive expression of PTTG,and the postoperative recurrence rate of patients with positive expression of PTTG was significantly higher than that of patients with negative expression of PTTG(All P<0.05).Conclusion:Inhibiting the expression of PTTG,VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 in cervical tissue of SCC patients is expected to be a new hope for clinical treatment of SCC.
