摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎以润燥救肺为主要治法,主方为清燥救肺汤加减;累及传变当视标本缓急,重视固护脾胃;变病为肺之积聚,当润燥化瘀散结,方以消瘰丸合青蒿鳖甲汤加减。病发于阴,当解阴分郁热,且不可过用寒凉耗伤阳气,方选青蒿鳖甲汤。热盛咳急者,肺中燥需急救肺阴,方用清燥救肺汤。对于轻症,病势较缓,症状较轻者,宜用养阴清肺汤为主治疗。The main treatment principle of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19)is moistening dryness of the lung,and the frequently used prescription is Qingzao Jiufei Decoction;The transmission of the disease should also be paid attention to and strengthening the spleen and stomach functions should be strengthened;the possible deteriorated case is the accumulation of the lung,in addition to the moistening the dryness,modified Xiaoshou Pill and Qinghao Biejia Decoction.When the disease occurs in Yin,the depressed Heat of Yin should be resolved,but cold drugs should not be used to destroy the Yang,hence the Qinghao Biejia Decoction is suitable.For those with acute Heat and cough,dryness in the lungs needs to be solved in emergency to strengthen lung Yin,and Qingzao Jiufei Decoction should be used.For mild cases,since the disease is developing slower and the symptoms are mild,it is advisable to use Yangyin Qingfei Decoction in treatment.
