摘　　要：中医本体思维是以阴阳、五行学说等中国古代哲学思想作为认识人体生命现象和研究疾病的思维方法。它以整体观念为核心,以藏象、经络学说为主导,以精气津液血脉为人体生理病理的物质基础;有机运用辨病和辨证的方法判断人体疾病发生的本质和规律。我们以中医本体思维为基础,总结为“顾护脾胃资化源、气机升降六腑运、温固阳气生机显、养血通脉五脏安、祛邪扶正标本兼、博采众法疗效验”六方面的中医治疗法则,广泛应用于临床多种疾病,经过长期反复验证,疗效显著。Ontological thinking in Chinese medicine is based on ancient Chinese philosophical thoughts such as yin and yang and the theory of five elements as the thinking method for understanding human life phenomena and studying diseases.It takes the concept of holistic as the core,the theory of Zang Xiang and meridians as the leading factor,and takes the Essence,Qi,Body Fluid and Blood as the material basis of human physiology and pathology;disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation is used to determine the nature and law of human diseases.Based on the ontological thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,we summarized that as"Guarding the functions of Spleen and Stomach to help with living resources,to help with the normal raising and lowering the Qi machine to better the operation of the Six Fu,warming and strengthening the vitality of the Yang,nourishing the Blood and promoting the vitality of the five Zang,removing the Evil and strengthening the body Zheng Qi,as well as adopting all treating methods to cure disease effectively.These six aspects of TCM treatment principles are widely used in a variety of clinical practices.After long-term repeated verification,the effect is remarkable.
