《黄帝内经》“天人相应”理论中的中医哲学内涵

摘　　要：中医天人相应的理论思想贯穿《黄帝内经》整本著作。人体九窍、五脏、四肢十二关节等无不与天地自然相应,人的生长壮老也不能脱离天地自然而存在。同时天人相应理论也与中国古代哲学思想密切相关。“气”的范畴是天人相应理论产生的本源,“阴阳”范畴是说明天人相应理论内涵的基本性质,“形神”范畴是天人相应理论具体体现,“天与人”范畴是天人相应理论存在的物质基础,“五行”范畴是天人相应理论的横向分类,象数范畴是天人相应理论运用的具体方法,中和范畴是天人相应理论具体运用的准则与目标。对天人相应理论进行多层次、多角度的分析,无论是对中医基础理论的拓宽和深入,还是对临床疾病的诊断与治疗都具有重要意义。The corresponding theoretical thoughts of"Correspondence Between Heaven and Man"in TCM run through the entire book of Huang Di Nei Jing.The nine orifices,five internal organs,and twelve joints of the four limbs of human body are all corresponding to the Heaven and the Earth.At the same time,the concept of"Correspondence Between Heaven and Man"is also closely related to ancient Chinese philosophy.The category of"Qi"is the origin of the corresponding theory of Heaven and Man;the category of"Yin and Yang"is the basic nature of the corresponding theoretical connotation of that;the category of"physical body and spiritual condition of man"is the concrete embodiment of the corresponding theory of Heaven and Man;the category of"Heaven and Man"is the material basis for the existence of the corresponding theory of Heaven and Man;the category of"Five Elements"is a horizontal classification of the corresponding theory of Heaven and Man,the category of Image and Number is the specific method of the corresponding theory of Heaven and Man,and the category of neutralization is the criterion and goal of the specific application of the theory of Heaven and Man.A multi-level and multi-angle analysis of the corresponding theories of Heaven and Man is of great significance whether it is to broaden and deepen the basic theories of Chinese medicine,or to the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.
