摘　　要：合成氨工业是国家氮肥工业的基础,也是国家农业发展和粮食安全的重要保障。合成氨企业安全生产管理关系到国民经济健康良好的发展,但国内合成氨生产装置普遍建设较早,运行时间久远,装置老化,容易出现管理疏忽而埋下重大安全隐患。本文分析了合成氨生产企业的重大危险源和“三废”排放问题,提出了合成氨企业安全生产管理措施和“三废”治理方案。Synthetic ammonia industry is the basis of national nitrogen fertilizer industry and an important safeguard for national agricultural development and food security.Therefore,the management of safety production of synthetic ammonia enterprises is related to the healthy development of the national economy,but the manufacturing enterprise of synthetic ammonia was generally built early in domestic,and runs for a long time.It is prone to supervisory negligence and have an underlying major problem.The major hazard sources and the problem for“three wastes”in the production of synthetic ammonia were analyzed.The safety production management measures and the treatment scheme of“three wastes”in synthetic ammonia enterprises were put forward.
