丹红注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析评价脑梗死患者采取丹红注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗的临床效果。方法96例脑梗死患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。对照组患者单用依达拉奉注射液治疗,观察组患者采取丹红注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果及治疗前后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、生活能力量表(ADL)评分。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的70.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者NIHSS评分、ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.073、0.115,P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者NIHSS评分(10.36±1.28)分低于对照组的(19.28±1.26)分,ADL评分(67.22±1.34)分高于对照组的(51.27±1.36)分,差异具有统计学意义(t=34.408、57.879,P<0.05)。结论在脑梗死患者治疗中,采取丹红注射液联合依达拉奉注射液治疗的效果显著,可改善患者的神经功能状态及生活质量,具备在临床治疗中推广及使用的价值。Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of Danhong injection combined with edaravone injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 96 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with edaravone injection,and the observation group was treated with Danhong injection combined with edaravone injection.The clinical effect,National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and activities of daily living(ADL)score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was 95.83%,which was higher than 70.83%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in NIHSS score and ADL score between the two groups(t=0.073,0.115,P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score(10.36±1.28)points of the observation group was lower than(19.28±1.26)points of the control group,and ADL score(67.22±1.34)points was higher than(51.27±1.36)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=34.408,57.879,P<0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with edaravone injection shows remarkable effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction,which can improve the neurological function and quality of life of patients,and has the value of promotion and application in clinical treatment.
